Adelayde Exploration Inc. (CSE: ADDY) is excited to announce that it has partnered with New-Sense Geophysics Ltd. ("NSG") based in Markham, Ontario, to conduct a helicopter aeromagnetic/radiometric/VLF survey on the Company’s Sisson North tungsten project situated in New Brunswick.
The Sisson North tungsten project is strategically located adjacent to the Sisson Tungsten Mine in New Brunswick. Notably, on November 13, the Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, designated the Sisson Tungsten Mine as one of the inaugural "Nation-Building Projects." Furthermore, on August 7, 2025, Northcliff Resources Ltd. revealed that it had secured approximately $29 million CAD in funding from both the U.S. Department of Defense and the Canadian Government to advance its operations. It is important to note that past results or discoveries in the vicinity do not guarantee similar mineralization on Adelayde's properties.
James Nelson, President of Adelayde, expressed enthusiasm about the engagement, stating, "The Company is well financed and eager to collaborate with a geological team experienced in New Brunswick as we initiate work on the Sisson North Tungsten Project. The significance of critical minerals, particularly tungsten, has escalated recently due to governmental and industrial efforts to bolster domestic supply chains and minimize dependency on foreign resources. As supply chains become increasingly concentrated and demand rises across defense, energy, and advanced technology sectors, the attention on domestic exploration and development has intensified. Additionally, the rising price of tungsten is further fueling this focus." Nelson also mentioned, "According to tradingeconomics.com, lithium prices have nearly tripled since June 2025, and the Company has recently entered a joint-venture agreement to explore the deepest sections of North America’s only lithium brine basin located in Clayton Valley, Nevada, which is completely surrounded by energy giant SLB (formerly Schlumberger). We anticipate a dynamic start to 2026, as the Company is well-positioned to execute multiple exploration and work programs, presenting several opportunities for exploration success."
On January 28, 2026, Adelayde announced its joint venture agreement to explore the lithium brine potential in Clayton Valley, Nevada. This 2,300-acre land package comprises 115 mineral claims and is entirely enclosed by SLB and Pure Energy Minerals' Lithium Deposit. Clayton Valley is recognized as the only long-established lithium brine basin currently producing in the U.S., hosting Albemarle's Silver Peak lithium brine mine, which has been operational since the 1960s.
Additionally, on January 22, 2026, Adelayde joined the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) to support its critical and strategic mineral portfolio. The NDIA is a U.S.-based organization dedicated to enhancing national security by fostering connections between industry and government.
