Chipmos Reports Q2 2025 and June Revenue
Chipmos Technologies Inc. (IMOS), a leader in outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services, has announced its unaudited consolidated revenue for June 2025 and the second quarter ended on June 30, 2025.
For the second quarter of 2025, Chipmos recorded a revenue of NT$5,735.8 million (US$196.6 million), marking a 3.7% increase from the previous quarter, although it reflects a slight decrease of 1.3% compared to Q2 2024. The company attributed this performance to heightened customer demand and rising market prices for memory products.
In June 2025, the company generated revenue of NT$1,849.7 million (US$63.4 million), which was down 8.7% month-over-month and down 3.5% year-over-year.
