DelphX Capital Markets Inc. ($DELX) Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement
Toronto, ON, Feb. 25, 2026 – DelphX Capital Markets Inc. (TSXV: DELX) (OTCQB: DPXCF) has successfully closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement on February 18, 2026. The company issued 4,100,000 units (the “Units”) at a subscription price of C$0.05 per Unit, resulting in gross proceeds of C$205,000 (“the Offering”).
Each Unit comprises one common share (“Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Holders of the Warrant are entitled to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.08, valid for a two-year period from the issuance date.
The completion of the Offering is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, and the securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance.
DelphX plans to allocate the net proceeds from the Offering towards working capital and corporate overhead expenses.
