With over 35 years of experience in mining engineering, Mr. Halas has held senior roles at prominent companies including Lumina Gold, Kinross Gold, IAMGOLD, Vale, Placer Dome, and Inco. His extensive background encompasses the entire mine lifecycle, from feasibility studies to project development, construction, commissioning, and steady-state operations.
Mr. Halas possesses significant expertise in mine development, operational readiness, and capital project execution. His skills in cost control, operational optimization, and health, safety, and environmental management will serve Honey Badger well as it seeks to advance its project portfolio in Northern Canada.

Additionally, the Clear Lake Project in the Yukon Territory has an unclassified historic resource of 5.5 Moz of silver. While the historical resource estimates are considered reasonable, they have not been classified as current mineral resources by a qualified person. The Company acknowledges the need for further data compilation and verification to align these estimates with NI 43-101 standards.
