MONTREAL, Feb. 19, 2026 – Brunswick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: BRW, OTCQB: BRWXF; FRANKFURT: 1XQ; “BRW” or the “Company”) has announced the identification of three new high-priority lithium targets (labeled as Areas A, B, and C) at the Anatacau Main Project, where drilling is currently in progress. This project is strategically located 22 kilometers east of a significant lithium-bearing structural corridor that also includes Rio Tinto’s Galaxy Project and Brunswick’s own Anatacau West Project.
Mr. Killian Charles, President and CEO of Brunswick, remarked, "Anatacau is rapidly proving to be one of the most exciting projects in our portfolio alongside Mirage. The addition of these seven potential spodumene showings within larger packages of highly evolved and favorable pegmatites significantly enhances the exploration potential of the Project. Following the current drill program at Anais, we will launch a major prospecting campaign to quickly assess these new targets as soon as field conditions allow."
Three unverified spodumene showings were discovered through compilation work between two and five kilometers south of the Anais showing, where drilling is underway (Area A). This discovery considerably broadens the exploration potential around the Anais discovery. Satellite imagery has revealed over 200 pegmatite outcrops in this area, with the largest measuring approximately 500 by 200 meters.
Adjacent to the Anatacau Main Project, Brunswick has staked additional claims covering another three unverified spodumene showings and 150 pegmatite outcrops (Area B). The largest identified outcrop in this area measures 800 by 100 meters. There is a possibility that these spodumene showings, along with the southernmost targets in Area A, may indicate the formation of a new secondary trend within the lithium-bearing structural corridor that hosts Rio Tinto’s Galaxy Project and Brunswick’s Anais showing.
The Pontax trend represents an emerging major NE–SW lithium-bearing structural corridor that spans over 20 kilometers across the southern part of the Anatacau Property. Brunswick Exploration has located more than 13 highly fractionated pegmatites with favorable K/Rb ratios (below 30, some as low as 14) and mineralogy within the Pontax trend (Area C). This includes over 90 pegmatite outcrops, with the most substantial visible outcrop measuring approximately 200 by 50 meters. These high-priority targets are in close proximity to one potential spodumene showing controlled by BRW, and the corridor extends southwest where it also hosts Cygnus Metals’ Pontax Lithium Project and Li-FT Power’s Pontax Project.
The scientific and technical information related to this press release has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Francois Goulet, Manager Quebec, a Professional Geologist registered in Quebec.
