Vancouver, BC – Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech” or the “Company”), a pioneering developer of autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security platforms, has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark’s largest defence technology company specializing in radar systems, electronic components, and mission-critical software.
The MOU establishes a framework for future cooperation between the two companies on a non-exclusive basis, focusing on the integration of Terma radar systems into CiTech’s Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform). This collaboration aims to explore combined defence and security applications across international markets.
The agreement outlines a joint intent to identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate on demonstrations of integrated capabilities for European defence and security stakeholders.
