Under the terms of the agreement between Hybrid and Sophic Capital, the latter will receive a monthly fee of $8,000 for an initial duration of 12 months. Additionally, Hybrid has granted Sophic options to acquire up to 1,030,000 common shares at a price of $0.04 per share. These options will vest quarterly in four tranches of 257,500 each and will expire on the earlier of either 90 days after the termination of the engagement or February 18, 2031. These options are subject to the provisions of Hybrid’s stock option plan and the policies set forth by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
