Nextleaf Solutions ($OILS) Announces Strategic Enhancements
Nextleaf Solutions Ltd. (CSE: OILS) (OTCQB: OILFF) (FSE: L0MA), a multi-patented life science company and Canadian cannabis processor, has unveiled significant upgrades to its commercial infrastructure. These enhancements include the appointment of Kindred Canada as its national sales agency partner and the addition of new distribution partners in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, aimed at driving scalable, margin-focused growth in its Canadian consumer-packaged goods (CPG) business.
National Sales Representation Update
The Company is excited to announce the recent appointment of Kindred Canada as its national sales agency partner. Following a year of margin expansion and supply chain optimization, Nextleaf is now focusing on driving scalable revenue and strengthening its infrastructure.
“Centralizing our national sales platform with a proven, performance-driven partner accelerates our ability to convert operational discipline into sustainable top-line growth through stronger retail partnerships, expanded listings, and consistent execution across provinces,” stated Emma Andrews, CEO of Nextleaf Solutions.
Kindred Canada will play a crucial role in supporting national sales execution across Nextleaf's brand portfolio, including bolstering Glacial Gold's status as a category leader in cannabis wellness and facilitating the national launch of the Company’s latest recreational brand, Yard Cannabis.
“With Kindred's established retail relationships and national reach, we expect to improve distribution, increase velocity, deepen key account engagement, and enhance execution at the store level, especially in previously underserved markets,” commented Curtis Mackenzie, EVP and General Manager at Kindred Canada.
Enhanced Distribution in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
Nextleaf is also pleased to announce expanded distribution partnerships in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, which will enhance its brand strategy and accelerate growth in these underserved markets.
In Saskatchewan, Open Fields Distribution (OFD) has become a distribution partner for all of Nextleaf's branded products, including Glacial Gold, Yard, and High Plains cannabis. OFD's extensive network will provide enhanced retail penetration and brand visibility.
In Manitoba, Nextleaf has expanded its third-party logistics (3PL) infrastructure to include Open Fields Manitoba, which will facilitate last-mile delivery of the Company’s latest brand, Yard Cannabis, to provincially licensed retailers starting in March. This addition complements the availability of Glacial Gold and High Plains cannabis products through existing partner Lynx Distribution.
Provincial sales representation will be managed by Kindred Canada, aiming to improve listing velocity and strengthen in-market execution for a consistent representation of the Company’s portfolio across Canada.

As part of its compensation and retention strategy, Nextleaf will issue 955,556 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share for aggregate proceeds of $47,778, aligning employee interests with long-term shareholder value.
