Realbotix Appoints Eric Olsen as Chief Operating Officer
Realbotix Corp. ($XBOT) has announced the appointment of Eric Olsen as the Chief Operating Officer of Realbotix LLC, its U.S. operating subsidiary located in Nevada. Alongside this significant appointment, Matt McMullen will transition into the role of Chief Creative Officer.
Eric Olsen brings a wealth of operational and commercialization expertise in robotics and industrial automation. His most recent position was Director of Customer Success at Agility Robotics, where he successfully led the deployment of humanoid robots in live industrial and commercial settings with global enterprise customers, and supported the scaling of systems to facilitate company growth.
In his new role at Realbotix, Olsen will oversee U.S. operations, focusing on operational execution, manufacturing readiness, customer deployment, and scaling commercial efforts as demand for humanoid robotics and AI platforms continues to grow.

Before joining Agility Robotics, Olsen held leadership positions at Toyota Tsusho America, contributing to industrial automation initiatives. He also served with honor in the United States Navy, retiring as a Command Master Chief, where he managed complex joint operations involving autonomous systems and advanced technologies.
Olsen's leadership philosophy emphasizes respect for individuals, continuous improvement, customer experience, and safety-first deployments. This aligns closely with Realbotix's mission to deliver human-centric robotic solutions that scale reliably and responsibly.

In connection with his appointment, Realbotix has granted Olsen 300,000 options priced at C$0.33 for purchasing common shares, with a vesting period of three years and an expiration date five years from the grant.
