Free Cash Flow and Key Financials
The company achieved a free cash flow of $832 million for the year, with the fourth quarter's free cash flow showing a 25% increase compared to the previous year.
Total revenue before fuel surcharge was $1.7 billion, a decrease from $1.8 billion the year prior. Operating income stood at $127 million, reflecting a margin of 7.6%.

Segment Performance
Truckload revenue before fuel surcharge decreased to $674 million from $693 million in the previous year, with truckload operating income dropping from $60 million to $48 million, leading to a worsened operating ratio of 93.2% compared to 91.5% last year.
Logistics revenue also declined, falling from $410 million to $358 million, and logistics operating income decreased from $43 million to $31 million, resulting in a margin reduction to 8.7% from 10.5% in the prior year.
Strategic Insights and Future Outlook
The company's debt-to-EBITDA ratio ended the year at 2.5 times, and during 2025, TFI repurchased over $225 million of common shares. The Board also approved a dividend increase in the fourth quarter.
Looking ahead, TFI International anticipates adjusted diluted EPS for the first quarter of 2026 to be between $0.50 and $0.60, with net capital expenditures expected to range from $225 million to $250 million, excluding real estate investments.
