Lander, Wyoming — February 25, 2026
Over the past several weeks, VGTel ($VGTL) has transitioned from planning to execution. Following our visit to Northern Arizona and participation in the IPluto Festival at Lowell Observatory, I want to share insights into what the Company is building and our plans for the future.
Our engagement in Flagstaff was not just outreach; it served as a genuine deployment environment.
We introduced our mobile robotics platform to the public, engaged with educators and students, and conducted preliminary environmental and communications validation testing linked to the MiraLink™ sensing system. Although severe winter weather limited our testing window, we successfully verified our systems under real conditions.
The key takeaway was clear: public interest in astronomical observation is strong, yet access to real instruments remains limited. VGTel aims to bridge this gap.
The U.S. government has acknowledged ongoing investigations into unusual aerial and atmospheric observations. A recurring challenge identified in public reports is not the lack of sightings but the absence of reliable measurements at the time of these events.
Our approach is straightforward: science depends on data.
The MiraLink™ platform is being developed as a distributed observational network capable of recording optical, radio-frequency, magnetic, and atmospheric measurements. Our mission is not to speculate on observations, but to ensure they are measurable.
The robotics mobility platform showcased in Flagstaff offers a method for positioning sensors in locations where permanent installations are impractical. Essentially, we are constructing a mobile observatory and environmental monitoring capability.
We believe that future discoveries will emerge from interconnected systems, gathering real-time information from multiple locations.
Realtime Astronomy™ — First Operational Deployment
In approximately two weeks, VGTel anticipates the beta deployment of its Realtime Astronomy™ classroom platform, initially aimed at elementary-level students.
This platform will enable classrooms to access live astronomical observations as they occur. Students will have the opportunity to view celestial objects through remotely operated instruments, engaging with real science rather than simulations.
Realtime Astronomy™ marks the Company’s first operational service, demonstrating how the same infrastructure supporting scientific measurement can also foster education and public engagement.
We believe that introducing students to real observations early paves the way for future careers in science, engineering, and technology, while also cultivating a user base for distributed observational networks.
Company Health and Operational Outlook
Shareholders often inquire about the Company’s operational status. VGTel remains in a development-stage growth phase, emphasizing disciplined execution and practical progress.
Management has focused on working systems, field validation, and service deployment rather than large capital expenditures. Recent activities — including field testing, robotics demonstrations, and Realtime Astronomy™ platform preparations — were executed with careful resource management.
We are now transitioning from research and development to operational services, with the Realtime Astronomy™ platform representing the first step toward recurring participation and long-term adoption.
Our strategy is clear: validate technology first, deploy services second, and expand participation third.
We are committed to building a sustainable foundation before scaling. As milestones are achieved, the Company aims to pursue partnerships, educational programs, and service-based opportunities designed to support gradual revenue generation while continuing the development of the MiraLink™ monitoring system.
Public Participation in Observation
Historically, scientific observation has been limited to large institutions and fixed observatories. VGTel is working towards a distributed model where individuals, classrooms, and researchers can all participate.
Our long-term objective is simple: when unusual aerial or atmospheric events are reported, measurement tools should already be in place. The same network that instructs students in astronomy can also collect real environmental data.
We envision a future where professionals and the public collaborate in scientific observation. By broadening access to observation, we enhance the ability to learn.
We are building infrastructure — not just a single device, but a comprehensive system. Astronomy, atmospheric science, education, and public participation are converging, and VGTel intends to operate at that intersection.
Progress is being made step by step, with a focus on execution, responsible growth, and measurable advancement.
Thank you for your continued support as VGTel transitions from development into operational capability.
